About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Partner to join our team. As a Personal Assistant to HNWIs in Oxfordshire, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Job Description:
  1. Schedule Management: Create and manage intricate calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and events.
  2. Travel Arrangements: Book and arrange travel, taking into account factors like time zones, weather, and client preferences.
  3. Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for various projects, including research, data analysis, and document preparation.
  4. Liaising: Communicate effectively with clients, house management, and other assistants, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant to HNWI.
  • Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
  • Proactive and resilient individual who can adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Fully clean driving license, with a preference for owning a personal vehicle.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
