Role Summary

This position requires a skilled professional to provide support services to vulnerable children, young people, and families in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will lead team meetings, facilitate evidence-based group programs, and work closely with families to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  2. Engage families through motivational interviewing and collaborative problem-solving.
  3. Participate in regular supervision to ensure ongoing professional growth and well-being.

Salary and Benefits Package:

This role comes with a salary range of £32,076 - £34,834 per annum, plus generous annual leave entitlements and a comprehensive pension scheme.
