Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students, promoting their emotional awareness and social skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address each student's unique needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and adolescents with SEMH needs.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
