Teaching Assistant for SEMH Children

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd's specialist school in Oxford. As a Behaviour Mentor and Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social skills, emotional wellbeing and mental health of our students.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field or significant experience working with children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. They will be responsible for providing individualised support, promoting restorative practices, and collaborating with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive approach to education.
Located in Oxford, our school offers a unique and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our students.
