We are looking for a highly motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Teaching Assistant at Shrivenham. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

The role involves assisting with classroom activities, developing and implementing lesson plans, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a SEN or SEMH setting and hold a Team Teach or similar certificate.

About the Role:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 3:30pm
  • No weekends (term time only)
Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their educational needs and provide additional support where necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a SEN or SEMH setting preferred
  • Team Teach or similar certificate required
  • UK-based Teaching Assistant roles experience required
