School-Based Mental Health Assistant

An outstanding specialist school in Oxford is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support to students with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs, working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with Special Needs and Mental Health issues, while also developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEMH needs
  • Assist with classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored learning plans

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
