Job Description

The Patient Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and attention throughout their journey with us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all patient bookings, while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Booking and Scheduling: Coordinate and manage all patient bookings, ensuring timely and efficient processing of appointments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding promptly to their inquiries and requests.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Assistant Chief Operating Officer, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is AED 50,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
