Human Resources - EMEA Benefits Specialist

Bloomberg L.P. is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist to join our team in London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will drive the benefits agenda and support benefit programs in the EMEA region, including Retirement, Health & Welfare programs/projects, and Wellness initiatives.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive plan design improvements and changes by conducting financial and employee impact reviews, as well as external market benchmarking.
  2. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  3. Monitor, analyze and research utilization reports and trends for our plans, and proactively suggest improvements based on feedback, claims trends, and market practice.
  4. Manage implementation of new plans, programs, policies, and plan designs.
  5. Maintain accurate benefits information on our internal HR portal.
  6. Familiarity with Benefits programs and local regulations in the UK and other EMEA locations.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills. If you have experience in innovative benefits plan design and implementation, knowledge of analysis and reporting, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, we would love to hear from you.
