Job Title: Benefits and HR Systems Specialist

Lewis Row Recruitment is seeking an experienced Benefits and HR Systems Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and benefits administration, with a focus on developing and implementing effective HR processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR systems, including the BUPA portal, and assisting with benefits administration, including periodic reviews of the firm's benefits offering. They will also be expected to collaborate with the wider HR team to implement new system functionality and modules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR systems, including the BUPA portal, and ensure data accuracy is maintained.
- Assist with benefits administration, including periodic reviews of the firm's benefits offering.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement new system functionality and modules.
- Provide support to HR self-service users and stakeholders, including helpdesk assistance and training in the use of HR systems.
- Develop and implement effective HR processes, including workflows and automation where possible.

Requirements:
- Experience in HR systems and benefits administration, preferably with a focus on developing and implementing effective HR processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide support to HR self-service users and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex reports and dashboards.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
