HR Systems Administrator Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator Specialist to join our collaborative and friendly HR team at Career Moves.
As an HR Systems Administrator Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the HRIS Cascade system and ensuring its proper functioning. This includes data entry, screens, and workflow processes, as well as handling dependencies to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to systems administration within a HR role and previous experience with Cascade HRIS. A genuine love for data and systems is a must.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining HR System Functionality: Ensure that all HR system-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Updating Employee Data in Cascade: Keep employee and role data up-to-date in Cascade, covering various aspects like benefits, holidays, work patterns, and organizational changes.
- Developing and Implementing New Features: Create, test, and implement new screens, fields, and functionalities to accommodate new pay and benefits items such as Healthcare Plans and Sharesave Plans.
- Generating HR Reports: Produce scheduled HR reports and fulfill requests for new report creations.
- Providing User Support: Address HR system-related queries from employees, resolving issues ranging from login problems to specific inquiries about holiday calculations.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
