Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

Location: London

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

The Endeavour Recruitment Solutions team is seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join a major client in the publishing sector. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the Cascade HR system, ensuring accurate data and smooth workflow processes.

This role involves daily maintenance of the HR system, as well as designing, developing, testing, and implementing new processes and procedures. You will work closely with the internal payroll team to ensure accurate data synchronization between the HR and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the HR System to function correctly in respect of data entry, data fields, screens, and workflow processes and dependencies.
  • Update employee and role data in Cascade, including benefits, holidays, work patterns, job titles, departments, etc.
  • Create, test, and implement new screens and data fields as required.
  • Produce scheduled HR reports and respond to requests for new reports.
  • Answer employees' questions on HR system functionality and data to resolve user and employee issues.
  • Maintain and update 'Company rules' within the system, applying them accurately to relevant employee groups.
  • Perform individual and bulk data uploads to the system, creating Excel spreadsheets, importing, and exporting to Excel.
  • Use document templates to create mail merges from data held in Cascade to produce individual employee letters.
  • Contact the Vendor's Helpdesk to resolve system issues and ensure issues are escalated if not resolved.
  • Work closely with the internal payroll team to ensure accurate data synchronization.
  • Maintain, allocate, and protect User profiles, assigning the correct profile for access level rights.
  • Process supplier invoices at system level for coding and 1st stage approval for payment.
