Job Title:

HR Systems Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an entry-level candidate to fill a Junior HRIS Specialist position in our London office. As an ideal candidate, you will be interested in an HR systems role or currently working in HR looking to transition into an HR systems-focused position at an early-career or foundational level.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer the HR system with configuration such as new job titles, cost centres, work schedules, permissions, etc.
  • Support system actions based on the yearly calendar (e.g., performance and pay review cycles, holiday period-end processing, renewal of annual compliance training).
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and integrity by preparing data audits and reconciliations.
  • Provide end-user support by delivering system training to new joiners and offering ongoing training as needed.
  • During the annual compensation review process, work closely on tasks related to supporting this process.
Requirements:
  • A-level/BTEC leaver or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with HR systems or willingness to learn
