Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HRIS related queries and issues.
  • Assume ownership of the Sage People platform, serving as the primary administrator.
  • Evaluate and maintain data integrity and accuracy within the system.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to HR users on the effective use of the Sage People platform.
  • Analyse reports and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide timely resolution to system issues or errors encountered by users.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining a secure environment for sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role.
  • Prior experience administering Sage People is essential.
  • Developed technical skills, including proficiency in database management, are required.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Foster a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
