We are seeking an experienced HR Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team at Harrison Holgate, a global specialty insurer.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing HR benefit programmes and maintaining accurate records in Workday.
  • Providing expert advice on employee benefits-related matters and resolving complex issues.
  • Processing benefit invoices and ensuring timely payment.
  • Maintaining the company's intranet with current benefit information.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in HR administration, ideally within the Insurance sector.
  • Proven experience in benefits administration, with a focus on data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This position comes with a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
