Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Coordinator to join our team at GANT US. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide comprehensive HR administrative and payroll support to our UK Retail Store Managers and HQ Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts, visa checks, and personnel files
  • Process starter and leaver documentation, maintaining accurate electronic and paper records
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including system access and equipment setup via Jira
  • Handle reference requests and exit interview coordination
  • Maintain organisational charts and employee data across all HR systems
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration and payroll management
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
