At Portfolio Payroll Limited, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Part-time Payroll Coordinator to support our payroll team. This role involves maintaining accurate employee attendance records, updating payroll data in systems, and assisting with Excel calculations.
About the Role
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and update payroll data in systems to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills to assist with payroll calculations, track figures, and ensure consistency.
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team by preparing data entry, responding to payroll inquiries, and collaborating with HR and other departments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel, using formulas and basic payroll calculations to streamline tasks.
- Familiarity with payroll systems or software is beneficial for efficient data management.
- A strong understanding of maternity and sickness leave policies, as well as fundamental payroll concepts, is essential.
