Senior HR and Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of all stages of the employee life cycle, ensuring accurate payroll data entry, and coordinating relevant documents for the payroll process.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional or administrator looking to transition into the world of HR. You will report directly to the People and Culture Director and work closely with a team of four individuals to deliver exceptional HR services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll data in Excel.
- Collect and coordinate necessary documents for payroll processing, including bank details.
- Enter data into the payroll instruction Excel spreadsheet, covering new starters, leavers, salary changes, and other personnel actions.
- Demonstrated expertise in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of HR systems.
- Experience working within HR teams and familiarity with payroll processes are advantageous.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £33-35,000 per annum, paid over 4 days per week in our London office. Additionally, you will have access to great benefits and an amazing company culture.
