We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll and Pension Services Coordinator to support our HR team at Portfolio Payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior HR Manager in various administrative tasks related to payroll and pensions.

About the Role:
  • Payroll Coordination: Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Pension Support: Provide assistance with pension submissions, including Nest, Aegon, and Aviva, and ensure reconciliation of contributions.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new starter processes, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolment and changes.
