International Payroll Coordinator Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced International Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll processing for over 1500 employees, ensuring compliance with tight deadlines and meeting Service Level Agreements.

This is a permanent role that involves working 1 day from home. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing payroll for over 1000 employees in a sole role, with strong Excel and payroll systems knowledge.

About the Role:

The International Payroll Coordinator will play a key role in the team, collaborating with HR and Finance teams to promote continuous improvement and liaising with site teams on Time and Attendance systems. They will also manage payroll-related tasks, including inputting variable data, administering pension and stock plans, and handling year-end processes like P60s.

  • Deliver accurate payroll processing for over 1500 employees, ensuring compliance with tight deadlines.
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll services, meeting Service Level Agreements and resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to promote continuous improvement and liaise with site teams on Time and Attendance systems.
  • Manage payroll-related tasks, including inputting variable data, administering pension and stock plans, and handling year-end processes like P60s.
  • Produce financial reports for Finance teams, maintain employee self-service accounts, and offer guidance on tax-related queries.
Requirements:
  • Experience with processing payroll for over 1000 employees in a sole role.
  • Strong Excel and payroll systems knowledge.
  • Great communicator and happy to take on ad hoc tasks.
