Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is proud to present an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious IT professional. We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer support services.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve technical support inquiries from customers and partners via various channels, leveraging your problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.
- You will work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions, assisting R&D teams with product development and testing.
- Contribute to the development of QA test applications, ensuring seamless integration and testing of new products.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in technical customer support, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or Bash programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, commensurate with your skills and experience.
