Join us as we search for a highly skilled Adviser (Policy) to support our client's mission to provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves maintaining the company's reputation for providing high-level customer service by assisting with enquiries, promoting services and events, and providing information and benefits.

Data security, protection, and confidentiality are of utmost importance, and the successful candidate will report any breach or suspected breach of policies.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Handling enquires related to certifications and routes to membership
  • Understanding products and services available to students, qualification holders, and members
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other relevant teams to deliver a first-class service
  • Supporting students into membership in line with the membership growth and retention targets
  • Ensuring individuals meet their regulatory requirements in accordance with the clients' Byelaws and regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel, and experience in maintaining complex databases
  • Organisational, planning, and administrative skills
  • Able to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player

The company offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, a 35-hour working week, hybrid working with 2-3 days from home, 24 days holiday, company-contributed pension scheme, and private medical insurance.
