Client Success Advocate

We are seeking a Client Success Advocate to join our Customer Support team at WorkBuzz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be tech-savvy with a good understanding of Excel and able to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Develop and deploy surveys, map data, and optimize user experiences
- Complete administrative tasks on our platform, such as employee data uploads and contact updates
- Collaborate with the wider WorkBuzz team on various projects and initiatives
