  • You will manage the Fire Safety inbox, schedule appointments, and address customer concerns.
  • Document uploading, purchase order creation, and accurate record-keeping are crucial duties.
  • General administrative support for the Fire Safety team is necessary.
  • You will collaborate with the Fire Safety Works Manager on project-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, IT proficiency in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, and a customer-driven mindset.
