About the Job

As a Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7–10 Senior Content Managers and Content Managers, ensuring their training, development, and performance align with our goals. You will oversee the production of 250–450 titles annually, playing a key role in delivering high-quality academic books in print and digital formats.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of publishing workflows, particularly in academic or professional book production. They will also possess experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and managing significant project spend.

You will work closely with authors, editors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will monitor and refine workflows and processes through data analysis and cross-departmental collaboration.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can drive results in academic publishing. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes, with a strong understanding of publishing workflows and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
