**Lead a Dynamic Team:**
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Executive Director of the Harvard Museums of Science and Culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the museums' day-to-day activities, including exhibition planning, education programs, public events, marketing, and institutional advancement.
You will work closely with the HMSC Faculty Executive Board to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, engagement, and community involvement.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in budget development and management
- At least 10 years of progressive administrative leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a museum, academic, or collections-based organization
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is offered.
