Senior Engineering Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead our engineering operations in a large commercial setting. As the successful candidate, you will oversee all engineering activities, ensuring that systems run efficiently and that our facility operates seamlessly.
About the Role:- Plan and allocate tasks to the team (PPMS and responsive tasks) to ensure efficient work execution.
- Liaise with Contract Manager(s) and Client(s) to ensure maintenance work is carried out in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Ensure quality checks on works completed by the team.
- Develop and review site policies and procedures relating to the maintenance of installed plant and equipment.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach. You will also have a solid background in managing engineering functions within a large commercial or industrial environment.
- You will be responsible for deputising and acting as Technical Operations Manager in the absence of the incumbent as directed by the Account Manager.
- You will provide guidance and advice on contractors RAMS for non-routine works on site.
- You will assess contractors' competencies, as required.
- You will advise the Account/Contract Manager on Technical Competencies required to fulfil the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to take charge of our engineering operations and contribute to the success of our business. The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including free on-site parking and private healthcare.
