We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Engineering Operations Lead at CBRE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with excellent leadership and management skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with Contract Managers and Clients to ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with site policies and procedures and within health and safety legislative requirements.
- Planning the work for the team and allocating tasks to a 24/7 365 Engineering Team.
- Conducting quality checks on works completed by the team.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A good knowledge of Building Management Systems; Fire Alarm Systems and General Building Services (Electrical; AC; Boilers; Water Systems; Chillers; Generators; UPS's, etc.)
- People Management experience in highly regulated environments - minimum 5 years.
- IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification, preferred.
