Job Description: As an HVAC Operations Lead at CBRE, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our mechanical services team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient delivery of services, including reactive and chargeable works, within the NHS Cambridgeshire Community Services Trust (CCST) and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) contracts. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Engineering Team and/or Operational Support Team to ensure statutory compliance and planned & reactive maintenance.

You will also be responsible for managing the supply chain - including sub-contractors and suppliers, managing and submitting monthly reports and compliance information to the Account Manager/Director, and supporting the Account Manager/Director. In addition, you will manage WIP - including scheduling works, access arrangements, completion of works, answering financial queries, and updating the overall WIP report with the support of the Lead Contract Support. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and holiday entitlement.
