Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Engineering Operations Lead to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As an Engineering Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the shift and day teams, comprising a total of 30 talented individuals within the Facilities Management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of critical facilities infrastructure.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair plans to optimize facility performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Cultivate a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence among team members through training, mentorship, and performance management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within Facilities Management, ideally within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment.
  • Strong technical background in engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, or HVAC), with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Qualifications up to standard for a critical site (NVQ Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical).
