Job Description: As an Academic Content Manager, you will oversee the production of 250-450 titles annually, ensuring high-quality academic books in print and digital formats. Your responsibilities include managing a team of senior content managers and content managers, driving team performance, and overseeing annual budgets.

About You: We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results in academic publishing. You should have proven line management experience, strong project management skills, knowledge of publishing workflows, and financial acumen.
