About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Content Team Lead, leading a dynamic group of Senior Content Managers and Content Managers in delivering high-quality academic books. With a strong focus on project oversight, financial management, and process improvements, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy.

The successful candidate will have experience in line management, with a proven track record of driving team performance through effective communication, workload balancing, and ongoing training. They will also possess strong project management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and managing multiple priorities.

A key aspect of this role is acting as the main liaison for authors, editors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will oversee annual budgets, monitoring costs, contracts, and financial processes.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive results in academic publishing. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes, with a strong understanding of publishing workflows and financial acumen.
