About the Role
As a Content Strategy Lead at Featurespace, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Managing stakeholders and business priorities to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of content.
- Crafting engaging written and visual content that attracts and converts target audiences.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality content that meets our brand standards.
- Analyzing and reporting on content performance to inform future strategies.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for project management and stakeholder engagement, with experience in managing timelines and communicating effectively.
- A strong understanding of content marketing principles and practices, with expertise in developing and executing multi-channel content strategies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that engages and informs our target audience.
- Familiarity with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, a generous holiday allowance, and professional development opportunities. We also prioritize work-life balance, offering a hybrid remote-work arrangement to support your needs.
Location
This role is based in our Cambridge or London office, with regular travel expected to meet with stakeholders and collaborate with team members. We welcome applications from candidates who are comfortable with occasional travel and can work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
