The role involves managing projects from concept generation to prototype development, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations. Your expertise in CAD design, product development, and project management will enable you to mentor junior engineers and contribute to business growth.

About the Opportunity

Based at our Sagentia offices in Harston, Cambridge, you will work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including medical, industrial, and consumer. With opportunities to travel to client sites in Europe or the USA, this role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can apply your skills to drive innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and promoting professional growth.
  • Contribute to business development by providing pre-sales input and assistance, working closely with clients under the guidance of our business development team.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus benefits, reflects the importance of this role in driving innovation and business growth.
