Join SoCode Limited as a Junior or Middleweight Product Designer to help shape the company's flagship application. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions, maintaining a consistent design language, and staying updated on industry trends.

About Our Team
SoCode Limited is a digital health tech startup transforming physical rehabilitation with AI-powered solutions. Based in Cambridge, we have pioneered the UK's first AI-powered health clinic, providing personalized treatment pathways via a digital experience. We seek a talented designer to contribute to our mission and help drive innovation in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to grasp project requirements and user needs.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate design concepts.
  • Prioritize user research and testing to validate design decisions and refine feedback.
  • Adhere to and contribute to the design system to maintain a unified design language across all products.
  • Present design solutions to team members and stakeholders, explaining your thought process.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to introduce new ideas to the team.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in product design or a related role (1-3 years).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is desirable.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work, including problem-solving processes and final outputs.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 + benefits, based on experience.
