Job Description

At Cambridge GaN Devices, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Design and Technology to lead our engineering team in the development of cutting-edge GaN power devices. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that drive innovation and growth within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the engineering team.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations.
  • Work with project management to develop and implement project plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
  • Proven experience in engineering management and leadership.
  • Expertise in GaN device technology and power electronics.
  • Strong track record of developing ICs for mass production.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
