Patient-Centric Innovation: We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our medical affairs strategy, driving innovation and growth in a dynamic biopharmaceutical company. As Innovation Performance Director, you'll oversee the development of integrated asset medical data generation plans, ensuring performance, safety, and GCP compliance. Collaborate with our Head of GMA Oncology to develop annual strategic and tactical plans, and manage all medical affairs activities for product indications in close collaboration with global and local teams. This role is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentives programs. Key Responsibilities:
