Job Overview
Sagentia Innovation, a global advisory and product development company based in Cambridge, UK, is seeking an experienced Robotics Software Engineer Lead to join our team. This is a highly technical role that requires strong leadership skills, expertise in robotics software development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced robotic software systems. You will lead a project team of software engineers and collaborate with electronics, mechanical, and systems engineers to integrate software with hardware components and robotics platforms. Your expertise in modern Object Oriented languages (C#, C++) or embedded code (C) will be crucial in delivering high-quality projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new technologies and approaches.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in leading software development teams, experience in robotics or autonomous systems, and proficiency in Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS). A solid understanding of robotics principles, including kinematics, dynamics, and control theory, is also essential. If you have a passion for continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, and a desire to push the boundaries of innovation, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package. Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
