We are seeking a seasoned Robotics Engineering Manager to lead the development and implementation of advanced robotic software systems.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project teams of software engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy robotic software systems for client projects using modern Object Oriented languages (C# and C++) or embedded code (C).
  • Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, and systems engineers to integrate software with hardware components and robotics platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading software development, with a focus on robotics or autonomous systems. They should also have experience designing software for Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and proficiency in modern Object Oriented languages or embedded code.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading software development, with a focus on robotics or autonomous systems.
  • Experience designing software for Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) (e.g. VxWorks, QNX, or SafeRTOS).
  • Proficiency in modern Object Oriented languages (C#, C++) or embedded code (C).

The salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
