About the Role

This position involves overseeing a team of 7–10 Senior Content Managers and Content Managers, focusing on their training, development, and performance alignment with company goals. The role also entails managing the production of 250–450 titles annually, delivering high-quality academic books in print and digital formats.

  • Lead team performance through effective line management, workload balancing, and ongoing training.
  • Serve as the main liaison for authors, editors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of projects.
  • Directly manage or support complex, high-value projects while monitoring the overall team portfolio.
  • Oversee annual budgets, managing costs, contracts, and financial processes.
  • Continuously refine workflows and processes through data analysis and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure operational excellence.
