At Cambridge University Press & Assessment, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Academic Publishing Delivery Coordinator to support our delivery team in managing financial, contractual, and vendor-related tasks. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Academic Platform Delivery Team and assist with smaller project tasks and initiatives within the delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, a good understanding of procurement processes, and experience working with external vendors. They will also be self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously across several concurrent projects and priorities, and confident navigating diverse project teams and matrix structures.

As a Digital Product Delivery Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of digital products and services for academic publishing. You will work closely with various global technology teams within the group, ensuring that financial, contractual, and vendor-related tasks are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing financial, contractual, and vendor-related tasks
  • Providing administrative support to the Academic Platform Delivery Team
  • Assisting with smaller project tasks and initiatives within the delivery team

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
