Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Application Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Management team at La Fosse. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating releases and ensuring smooth deployment to production. This is a full-time role based in Cambridgeshire (2 days a week), with a competitive salary package of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to plan and execute releases.
• Develop and maintain release schedules and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with releases.
• Work closely with the development and QA teams to enhance release processes and address issues based on post-release analyses.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, ideally with ServiceNow experience, and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
