Join La Fosse's Service Management team as a Service Delivery Specialist and take on the challenge of creating a cohesive, optimal, and transparent release schedule for software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (development, testing, operations) to align on release requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee deployments to production, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth releases across IT streams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with releases.

A strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Experience with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, and ServiceNow is also required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Service Delivery, preferably with ServiceNow experience. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
