Salary and Benefits
The role offers a competitive base salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus double OTE of £220,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 27 days annual leave, hybrid working model, private medical and dental cover, enhanced parental leave, and a £500 personal development budget.
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive who thrives in a consultative sales environment. You will be responsible for leading high-value enterprise sales efforts, helping to expand Venatrix' client base while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, working with C-level stakeholders at prominent organizations
- Target companies with £100M-£1B in revenue
- Close significant deals and build long-term partnerships
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience closing enterprise SaaS deals
- Proven success with long and complex sales cycles
- Ability to self-source leads and build strong, sustainable pipelines
- Demonstrated success working with C-level executives and large, complex organizations
- Experience using MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies
