Enterprise Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Professional to drive growth and retention across the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in consultative sales processes to excel in net new account acquisition and account management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work new business leads for Enterprise (2,000+ employees) accounts, focusing on the DACH region to achieve and exceed pipeline and sales targets
- Grow and retain existing customers through sales cycles, account expansion, and renewals
- Master our product and provide top-notch customer service and support
- Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion tools
- Identify customer segments and new opportunities to improve the sales pipeline
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, preferably in productivity or project management tools
- Demonstrable sales experience converting net new prospects and growing and retaining existing customers at a mid-market level
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both German and English
- MEDDICC or MEDDPICC training is highly desirable
- Experience selling project management software or other productivity tools
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Front, Salesforce, and Outreach
