Job Overview

Motive Group is a dynamic and fast-paced business partnering with growing companies in London.

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team, focusing on selling cutting-edge tech services to large organisations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience (ideally 5 years +) in Enterprise Sales, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing and BDR teams, guiding them where needed, and driving sales growth through structured sales processes.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and BDR
