We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Social Worker to join our Referral and Assessment Team in Children's Social Care.

Working in either Kingston or Richmond, this team focuses on initial involvement with children and families through new referrals, child in need, child protection, and initial court proceedings.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging in strategic discussions
  2. Coordinating Initial Child Protection Conferences
  3. Crafting Child In Need Plans
  4. Initiating court actions via Emergency Protective Orders when required

This is a unique chance to make a positive impact on families in need and contribute to preventing concern escalations.

Estimated annual salary: £38,000-£42,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
