The Role
As a Team Leader in our Single Point of Access, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, supervising various roles, and improving relationships with partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- SUPERVISE AND MANAGE DAILY OPERATIONS OF SINGLE POINT OF ACCESS TEAM.
- ENSURE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION WITH PARTNERS.
- PROVIDE SENIOR LEVEL LEADERSHIP TO TEAM MEMBERS.
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification in social work and active registration with Social Work England.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field and experience in managing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
- £51,093 - £54,129 per annum, based on location and qualifications.
