About This Role:

We are seeking a part-time Client Care Assistant to support our team at our 24-hour Richmond practice on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our practice believes in providing exceptional care for both patients and clients.

This role involves using excellent customer service skills to welcome and assist clients before, during, and after every visit.

You will handle busy telephone lines, arrange appointments, take payments, enter test results, and ensure the consult rooms are fully stocked.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception and waiting areas to ensure they always look their best.

Key Details:

  • Working hours: 16 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Salary: Approximately £10.50 per hour (National Living Wage) or £8.91 per hour (National Minimum Wage)
