About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Refurbishment Consultant to join our Interior Services team. As the main point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on property development and refurbishment, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical expertise on property development and refurbishment
- Developing and implementing project plans, including scheduling and budget management
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as architects and designers, to ensure projects meet client expectations
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Managing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a similar role or as a Project Manager or Property Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of property development and refurbishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
