About the Role
This challenging yet rewarding position requires a skilled driver who can work effectively with our team to deliver exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Safely transporting SEN children between home and school
- Ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and fit for purpose
- Collaborating with our Passenger Assistants to provide personalized support
- Working closely with our team to optimize routes and schedules
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience working with vulnerable children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to safety and customer service
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
